 Context:

Today, the problems experienced in the efficient implementation of inclusive education, which is gradually taking place in both European countries  and in our country, are among the important problems of many European countries. Inclusive education is a type of education where students from

different backgrounds and with different abilities learn together in the same classroom environment. Successful and effective inclusive education; It is  possible to include all aspects of multiple intelligence by prioritizing the physical and cognitive, academic, social and emotional aspects of the

student. The most effective way to achieve success in inclusive education will be possible by creating educational environments where students from  different groups can learn together and developing innovative and effective teaching methods and materials in inclusive education. The development

of innovative teaching methods and materials on inclusive education will be possible through joint studies carried out at the international level. In this  context, we have created a project partnership with educational institutions operating in various European countries. Participants to be selected from

these educational institutions; They will share their knowledge and experience on innovative and effective approaches in inclusive education, ensur the transfer of good practices, and develop innovative and effective teaching methods and materials for inclusive education.

The objectives of the project:

a. To strengthen the professional profile of our teachers.

b. To increase success in inclusive education in our schools.

c. To reduce the rate of early school dropout caused by inclusive education.

d. To create a collaborative education environment among students of different structures studying at our schools.

e. To increase the quality and success of our schools.

f. To improve the synergy of our schools with international educational institutions.

g. Raising awareness of different cultures and different languages.

h. Breaking intercultural negative prejudices.

The number and profile of participants: The participants are the people who works as a teacher in their school. 3 participant from each partner school

will take place in the project works.

1. Establishment of project teams and commissions.

3. Signing of contracts.

4. Selection of participants

5. LTT activities

6. Dissemination activities.

7. Pilot trainings

8. Preparation of Final Report and Submission to National Agency.

A short description of the results and impact envisaged and finally the potential longer-term benefits:

- Participating schools will integrate innovative methods pedagogical approaches into their education systems in inclusive education,

- Cooperation between participating schools will develop,

- The international recognition of participating schools will increase

- The foreign language policy of participating schools will improve

- The project implementation capacity of participating schools will improve.

-Participants' motivation to work with teachers from different countries will develop.

-Foreign language proficiency of the participants will improve

-Participants will gain awareness about different cultures.

-Participants will get to know the education systems of different countries closely

-Participants will gain experience in inclusive education in innovative and effective practices in other countries.

-Participants will develop their knowledge of innovative methodologies and pedagogical approaches that different schools have developed in the field

of inclusive education.

-They will develop their creative and critical thinking skills.
