First Day: Preparation, promotion and evaluation.

 - Corporate introductions, activity plan, project outputs, duties and responsibilities.

- The host country's education system, legislative studies on inclusive education, the studies of the host school on inclusive education, innovative practices, success stories.

- Evaluation of survey studies on inclusive education (Each institution will conduct a survey study with students and teachers in their own schools at least 1 week before LTT activity. The survey will be prepared by the project management team and given to partner institutions.)

- City tour (after LTT)

 Second day: Theoretical education ("Sv. Kliment Ohridski" High School / Macedonia), (Liceul Teoretic "Tudor Arghezi" / Romania)

 -The roles of teachers, families and administrators in inclusive education

-Multiple intelligence theory

- Overcoming differences between students in inclusive education

-Cultural activities (after LTT)

 Third day: Theoretical education (Zespol Szkol Ogolnoksztalcacych I Ekonomicznych / Poland), (Yenice Multi-Program High School / Turkey)

 -What are the communication barriers in the classroom environment, how are they eliminated?

 - Adaptation of disadvantaged students to education and training

 Increasing the performance of the student with learning disabilities

 Cultural activities (after LTT)

 Fourth Day: Practical application

 - Participants will share their knowledge and experience on inclusive education with group activities and conduct pedagogical studies. These studies will include students from the host school. The works will be videotaped.

 Fifth day: On-the-job observation (Technical trip)

 - A technical trip will be organized to a school (high school level) in Craiova, Romania, and information about inclusive education and success stories will be obtained at this school.

- Evaluation studies (5-day project studies will be evaluated.)

- Evaluation of the project logo, project Facebook page and project website

- Discussion of the activities to be carried out until the next LTT study (Establishment of Erasmus + club and learning center, preparation of a common dictionary, distribution of duties)

-Farewell dinner

 Expected results (Institutional level):

 - Participating schools will integrate innovative methods pedagogical approaches into their education systems in inclusive education,

 - Cooperation between participating schools will develop,

 - The international recognition of participating schools will increase

 - The foreign language policy of participating schools will improve

 - The project implementation capacity of participating schools will improve.

 Participants will apply the gains gained with LTT through their Erasmus + club and learning center in their own schools until the next LTT meeting. Participants will evaluate the results of their applications at the next meeting.

  Participation in LTT activities will benefit the participants as follows:

 a. Participants' motivation to work with teachers from different countries will develop.

 b. Foreign language proficiency of the participants will improve

 c. Participants will gain awareness about different cultures.

 d. Participants will get to know the education systems of different countries closely

 e. Participants will gain experience in inclusive education in innovative and effective practices in other countries.

 f. Participants will develop their knowledge of innovative methodologies and pedagogical approaches that different schools have developed in the field of inclusive education.
